I also travelled to Hudson, WI this summer to photograph a dear friend's family and her oldest's daughter's senior pictures! Hudson is another historic town that I very much enjoyed exploring when I wasn't shooting.
Abby was absolutely gorgeous and my friend Kara, sister Emily, Abby, and I all had a blast during her session! It was a bit adventurous too, but you'll have to ask me the story. ;) The sunflower pictures you see were taken at a farmer's field who plants a few rows of sunflowers at the edge of his field of corn and invites people to use it for this purpose! That was such a nice and refreshing thing to find! We also hit the beach along the St. Croix River and snapped a few shots in downtown Hudson as well.
I hope to return to Hudson again someday too! If you are in the Minneapolis area and would be interested in a session, let me know!! I'd love an excuse to come back. :)
